Fulfilling our legal obligations

Under Article 11 of KVKK, as the data subject, you have the following rights:

If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties within the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred
To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK
To request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be communicated to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
To object to any result that may arise against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems
To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
