As MatReklam Construction, we are highly committed to the security and confidentiality of your personal data. In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we implement the following policy regarding the processing, storage, and protection of your personal data.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Evaluation of job applications and conducting recruitment processes
Establishing and maintaining business relationships
Fulfilling our legal obligations
Conducting occupational health and safety activities
Managing internal communication and organizational activities
Customer relationship management and improving service quality
Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, our business partners, and service providers within the scope of our legal obligations. Such transfers will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Protection of Personal Data

Under Article 11 of KVKK, as the personal data owner, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties within the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred
To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions outlined in Article 7 of KVKK
To request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data be communicated to the third parties to whom it has been transferred
To object to any outcome that may arise against you through the exclusive analysis of your processed data via automated systems
To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
